One step down from Business Formal, but it is still conservative and traditional.
Attendees are encouraged to wear business suits if possible; however, blazers can be worn with dress slacks, nice khaki pants, or a skirt.
Alternatively, attendees can wear a dress and blouse without a blazer. Wear "power" colours such as black, navy, dark gray and earth tones.

Gavin Humphrey P. Eng., is Director of Track Standards for CPKC Rail, where he shapes the engineering policies and safety requirements that govern a 32,000-kilometre tri-national network. Over the past decade, he has progressed from a Project Engineer to multiple Director-level positions, earning a reputation for combining field credibility with strategic vision. Gavin has led multidisciplinary, manager and unionized teams through every challenge the railway can present—from rebuilding washed-out mainlines during floods and wildfires, to briefing regulators and the CPKC executive team on risk mitigation and capital priorities. His tenure has produced a reduction in personal injuries, on-time, under-budget project delivery exceeding $30 million annually, and seamless compliance during Transport Canada and FRA audits. Driven by an unwavering commitment to evidence-based decision-making, Gavin brings a passion for resilient infrastructure, safe operations, and collaborative solutions that keep North American freight moving.

Shane Getson was appointed the Parliamentary Secretary for Economic Corridor Development on July 13, 2023. He previously served as the Parliamentary Secretary for Economic Corridors.
Prior to serving as an elected official, Mr. Getson was the owner of Major Projects Consulting Company, a civil engineering technologist, and a private pilot.
Shane Getson was first elected as the Member of the Legislative Assembly for Lac Ste. Anne-Parkland on April 16, 2019 and was re-elected on May 29, 2023.
