Marianne Limoges was appointed Vice-President, Financial Planning in February 2025. She oversees CN’s financial strategies to drive performance and long-term value creation.
Prior to her current position, Marianne served as Vice-President of Treasury, where she played a pivotal role in shaping and executing CN’s financial policies. Her portfolio included capital structure optimization, financial risk management, cash management, real estate, and insurance. Her leadership extended to advising on strategic initiatives, including pension fund strategies, and maximizing the value of CN’s real estate assets.
Marianne’s career spans over two decades in financial leadership roles. Before joining CN, she served as Treasurer and Vice-President Investors Relations at Resolute Forest Products, where she led multidisciplinary teams, including the management of a $4 billion pension investment portfolio. Her earlier experience includes twelve years at Otera Capital, a subsidiary of the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDPQ), where she held various senior finance roles and further honed her expertise in investment and capital markets.
Marianne holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Finance from HEC Montréal.

His engaging style has made him a regular and sought-after commentator in the media. At Desjardins, Marc-Antoine leads research and forecasting on commodities and emerging economies. His work includes compelling thematic studies on the global economy, industry outlooks, supply chains, and inflation. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the Barcelona School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree with honors in economics from Université de Montréal.

Matt Foot is the Chief Engineer of Planning & Production at Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC), based in the company’s Canadian headquarters in Calgary, Alberta. With over 30 years of experience at CPKC, Matt has held a variety of leadership roles across Engineering and Sourcing & Procurement, contributing to the railway’s operations across North America.
In his current role, Matt oversees the development of CPKC’s Engineering capital plan spanning Canada, the United States, and Mexico. His responsibilities also include managing key infrastructure and operational units such as the Continuous Welded Rail (CWR) welding plant, the cross tie treating facility, work equipment shops, and field maintenance operations. Additionally, he provides strategic oversight for production crew planning, ensuring efficient execution of capital projects across the network.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Engineering Sciences degree from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. His extensive experience and leadership have been instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence within CPKC’s engineering functions.

He has collaborated with leading sensor manufacturers, systems integrators, inspection service providers, and asset management software firms to modernize how railways, roadways, and runways are monitored and maintained.

Richard’s technical expertise spans a wide variety of sensing and data analysis technologies including track geometry measurement systems, 3D laser triangulation, LiDAR, digital imaging, traditional and AI-based imaging processing, ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and AI-driven diagnostics. His practical understanding of how best to utilize and deploy these technologies enables him to deliver actionable insights to his clients.

Her efforts have earned her numerous accolades, including Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 and the EY Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year.
A dedicated mentor, Lisa champions diversity in the transportation sector and believes that empowering others is key to progress. Committed to the message “Rail Connects Us,” she is focused on rail’s potential to drive economic growth and reduce environmental impact across Canada. In her free time, Lisa enjoys exploring Canada’s landscapes, fishing, and supporting local arts and culture.

James Marks is the Chief Financial Officer and a founding member of Canadian Railway Services (CRWS). With over a decade of experience in the rail industry, James brings a unique blend of financial oversight, structural engineering expertise, and hands-on knowledge in machining, fabrication, and industrial processes.
A former Director of Engineering, James has led projects ranging from equipment attachments to full carbody structural designs, combining FEA verification with practical, cost-effective solutions. Known for being solution-oriented and results-driven, he ensures every project balances technical integrity with client satisfaction.
At CRWS, James oversees business governance and financial strategy while continuing to advocate for logical, efficient approaches to complex engineering challenges. His leadership is defined by collaboration, a customer-first mindset, and a commitment to advancing industry standards in passenger and freight rail.
