CARS AGM

Dear CARS member,
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Association of Railway Suppliers will be held in Calgary at CP Headquarters.
Many members will already be in Calgary for the 2019 lunch with CP and the CP Supplier Golf Tournament. We continue to hold our meetings around industry events to make it more convenient and cost-effective for our members to attend.
Attached you will find the Agenda, Minutes of the last AGM in 2018, Reply Form, Proxy Form, Director Requirements Form, and Director Nomination Form. Financials will be distributed at the AGM.
Board of Director nominations are now being accepted, if you are interested in serving on the board, please complete and return the attached nomination form along with your bio.
You can RSVP for the AGM by sending an email to Taisha Poulin at taisha_poulin@railwaysuppliers.ca or by registering on line by May 28th, 2019. If you are unable to attend, you can also complete and return the Proxy Form (your proxy holder must be a member).
Attendance at the annual meeting is included with your membership fee, and more than one member from a member company is welcome to participate. Please include the names of all planning to attend.
