CARS AGM 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Association of Railway Suppliers will be held on June 3rd, from 3:30pm-4:30pm, online using Zoom.
You will find the Agenda for 2020 and Minutes of the last AGM in 2019 below. Financials will be distributed at the AGM.
Board of Director nominations are now being accepted. Below you will find Director Information, Director Duties, and Director Nomination Form. If you are interested in serving on the board, please complete and return the below Director Nomination Form along with your bio. The deadline for nominations is May 8th, 2020.
Attendance at the annual meeting is included with your membership fee, and more than one member from a member company is welcome to participate.
