CARS Supplier Suite Toronto 2019

 CARS is please to announce its annual Toronto  Supplier Suite event will be on November 29th, 2019 at the  Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto

 
Once again, we have booked the Algonquin room at the Fairmont Royal York, which is conveniently located in close proximity to the Canadian room, where the Toronto Railway Club Dinner is held.

This year’s Sponsors  have collectively decided the following details for the CARS Toronto Supplier Suite:

Registration 

Sponsorship registration is now closed.

There is no fee for this event, it is included in membership benefits.

All Members and Non-Members are welcome at the suite, but complimentary drinks will only be given to those invited by a sponsor (via company bracelets)

  Those who have not been invited to the suite by a sponsor and do not have a company bracelet are still welcome to attend but will have to pay cash/credit card at the bar for drinks

Details

 The suite will be open from 5:00pm-6:30pm until the Toronto Railway Club Dinner begins at 6:30pm. 

It will reopen when dinner finishes around 9:30pm and we will close the bar around 11:00pm (we will play it by ear, depending on what time dinner ends and the traffic of the suite) but keep the suite open for networking.
