Mott MacDonald’s Head of Talent Acquisition, Sam Wilson, will discuss some of the changes that his organization has implemented and provides some advice for adapting the recruitment model and the approach to talent acquisition.
On the opposite end of the spectrum Adrienne Branch, Talent Acquisition Specialist, will present some top tips and tricks for candidates applying and interviewing in the current climate.
In his role as Head of Talent Acquisition, Sam is responsible for setting the direction of the Mott MacDonald’s talent model, creating an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring they attract and retain a diverse and thriving workforce.
Originally from the UK, Sam previously supported Mott MacDonald’s global energy sector, building and expanding teams in Australia, Singapore, Pakistan and a number of countries in Africa.
Prior to joining Mott MacDonald, Sam supported organizations like Microsoft, BBC and Telegraph Media Group with identifying the UK’s top digital talent.
In her role as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Adrienne supports recruitment for the Western US and Canada focusing in transportation and water/wastewater.
While full life cycle recruitment is a key component of her role, she is also responsible for Veteran recruitment strategies for North America. Prior to joining Mott MacDonald, Adrienne supported IT, Marketing, Finance and Administration recruitment for small to large organizations.
