Amendments to the Railway Safety Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations-New Grade Crossings Regulations

The purpose of this message is to advise you that the Railway Safety Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations, which came into force April 1, 2015, have been amended to include designated provisions for the new Grade Crossings Regulations. These amendments are now in force and have been published in the Canada Gazette, Part II today, April 20, 2016.
