The Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Association of Railway Suppliers will be held in Montreal, on June 6th, 2017 beginning at 4:30pm at HOTEL BONAVENTURE MONTREAL, located at 900 De La Gauchetiere W. Montreal Quebec. In the Fontaine C room.
Many members will already be in Montreal for the 2017 WRI Conference. We continue to hold our meetings around industry events to make it more convenient and cost-effective for our members to attend.

Board of Director nominations are now being accepted, if you are interested in serving on the board, please complete and return the attached nomination form along with your bio.
You can RSVP for the AGM by sending your Reply Form via email to Taisha Poulin at taisha_poulin@railwaysuppliers.ca by April 29th, 2017. If you are unable to attend, you can also complete and return the Proxy Form (your proxy holder must be a member).
Attendance at the annual meeting is included with your membership fee, and more than one member from a member company is welcome to participate. Please include the names of all planning to attend.
