This year CARS will be presenting three (3) awards to our members during National Railway Day 2022:

• 2022 Safety Award
• 2022 Innovation Award
• 2022 Diversity Award

To ensure nominations are judged on a comparable basis, all submissions MUST include the following information, in the following order:

• Cover page with Name, title, work contact details for nominee. Name, title, work contact details of nominator submitting the application
• Signature of the nominator and the date
• Rationale addressing one or more of the award’s criteria as outlined above, (in 500 words or less)
• A collection of supporting files and web addresses to support your entry and provide more background information to the judges
• List of Additional Supporters of the nomination
• Additional comments you'd like to mention about your nominee if any
