Indrani Hulan, Director, Rail Policy Transport Canada. 

They will do a review of the Railway Safety Act, the locomotive voice and video recorder requirements in Bill C-49, as well as freight rail changes in Bill C-49.

Q&A session following remarks. 

CARS will be hosting a members only breakfast with CN and Transport Canada on Feb 2nd at the Hotel Bonaventure in the Salon Ville-Marie beginning at 9:00AM.  The event will take place in the morning before the Canadian Railway Club Dinner.
