CARS Membership Auto-Renewal: What You Need To Know For 2026

As we enter the new year, the Canadian Association of Railway Suppliers (CARS) would like to remind all members about membership auto-renewal and important deadlines to keep your benefits active. 

Membership Auto-Renews in January

Your Cars Membership will automatically renew during the first week of January 2026. Invoices for your 2026 membership will be sent out over the first two weeks of January. 

To ensure uninterupted access to CARS benefits - including events, advocacy updates, and networking opportunities - please review the following payment deadlines:

Important Payment Deadlines:

January 30, 2026:

• Membership dues must be paid by this date. If payment is not received, your membership profile will be paused, and you will not be eligible to attend CARS events or receive updates until dues are paid. 

March 1, 2026:

• Any unpaid memberships will automatically be canceled after this date.

Memberships are Company-Wide

Did you know that your CARS membership covers your entire company? If you'd like to add additional employees to your company profile, simply email us their name, title, and email address at info@railwayssuppliers.ca.
