This year’s Sponsors for the CARS Toronto Supplier Suite have collectively decided the following details for the CARS Toronto Supplier Suite at the Royal York Hotel on November 29th, 2019:
1. All Members and Non-Members are welcome at the suite, but complimentary drinks will only be given to those invited by a sponsor (via company bracelets)
2. Those who have not been invited to the suite by a sponsor and do not have a company bracelet are still welcome to attend but will have to pay cash/credit card at the bar for drinks
3. The dinner is from 6:30pm-9:30pm so the suite will be open from 5:00pm-6:30pm, and will reopen when dinner finishes around 9:30pm. We will close the bar around 11:00pm (we will play it by ear, depending on what time dinner ends and the traffic of the suite) but keep the suite open for networking.
