
Christopher Swail, Acting Director of the Stage 2 Light Rail Transit Project Office, Ottawa LRT is confirmed to speak at the CARS 2nd Annual National Railway Day Conference. His presentation will include some background on transit in Ottawa, an update on the Confederation Line (currently under construction) and an overview of Stage 2, including project status, timelines and benefits.
To commemorate the day that the last spike was driven into the Canadian Pacific Railway at Craigellachie, British Columbia in 1885, CARS will be hosting the 2nd Annual National Railway Day Conference on Tuesday, November 3rd in Ottawa at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier, in the Laurier Room. This event will bring suppliers, railways and government together to celebrate our exciting industry.
The theme of the conference will be Keeping Industry Connected, All Tracks Lead To Success.
