"A decade has passed and Edmonton is still several years away from laying the last track of its $2.6-billion Valley Line LRT expansion. But that hasn't stopped contractors from wondering what happens next. Marigold Infrastructure Partners construction manager Jonathan Cox said the city has built up a solid capacity of specialized workers that understand the logistics of building an LRT in Edmonton's northern climate.
