Deadlines extended as Caltrain seeks to save electrification programme

Caltrain hopes to take delivery of a fleet of Kiss EMUs supplied by Stadler. The Swiss company says that funding of the Caltrain upgrading programme would help it to proceed with its plans for a US manufacturing facility.
