Two Scholarships to Fuel Your Ambition
1. CARS Continuing Education/Career in Rail Scholarship
Amount: Up to $2,500
Purpose: This scholarship offers financial support to current CARS members and their immediate family (spouse, child, grandchild) pursuing higher education in fields directly related to the rail industry. It also aids students focused on careers in rail-related disciplines.
Eligibility:
- Current CARS members in good standing for at least two consecutive years, OR immediate family members (spouse, child, grandchild) of qualifying members.
- Students enrolled in a recognized university or college program aligned with rail industry goals.
Application Deadline: April 30th
2. CARS Women in Rail Scholarship
Amount: Up to $2,500
Purpose: Dedicated to encouraging women to continue their education and thrive in the rail industry, this scholarship is available to female members of CARS and their immediate family (wife, daughter, granddaughter).
Eligibility:
- Female CARS members in good standing for at least two consecutive years, OR immediate family members (wife, daughter, granddaughter) of qualifying members.
- Female students pursuing a university or college program that supports rail industry advancement.
