Privately funded projects — All Aboard Florida’s Brightline project and Texas Central’s Houston-Dallas HSR program — have achieved major and exciting milestones. Other programs — from the Chicago-St. Louis HSR program to the Southeast High Speed Rail Corridor to the Hartford Line program in New England— continue to progress
