** Please note that the time for CARS Annual General Meeting will now take place at 3:30PM (not 4:00pm) on June 18, at the Four Points by Sheraton, 6257 Airport Rd, in the Kingston Room.  The hotel is conveniently located near the Toronto Pearson Airport. **

Many members will already be in Toronto that evening for the Annual Toronto Railway Club Golf Tournament. We continue to hold our meetings around industry events to make it more convenient and cost efficient for our members to attend.

Attendance at the annual meeting is included with your 2015 membership fee, and more than one member from a member company is welcome to participate.

Attached you will find the final agenda, other relevant documents will be distributed at the meeting.

Sponsorship opportunities are going quickly for the CARS networking reception from 5:00PM-7:00PM immediately following the AGM. 

For $650.00 you can co-host the Networking Reception without the fear of cost overruns. We have limited spots available so please confirm as soon as possible.

The networking reception is for CARS members and invited customers. If you plan on inviting customers to this event, please provide me with guest and company names.
