Register now for the 2015 National Railway Day Conference!!!

Registration is now open for our National Railway Day Conference that will be taking place on November 3rd in Ottawa at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier!

To commemorate National Railway Day, the day the last spike was driven into the Canadian Pacific Railway at Craigellachie, British Columbia in 1885,  CARS will be hosting the 2nd Annual National Railway Day Conference on Tuesday, November 3rd  in Ottawa at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier, in the Laurier Room.

This event will bring suppliers, railways and government together to celebrate our exciting industry.

The theme of the conference will be Keeping Industry Connected, All Tracks Lead To Success.  Confirmed Speakers include:

 

Mr. Yves Desjardins-Siciliano, President and Chief Executive Officer of Via Rail

Mr. Jim Vena, Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, CN (tentative)

Mr. Tony Marquis, Senior Vice-President Operations, Eastern Region, CP

Mr. Mark Taylor, Deputy Mayor of Ottawa

Mr. Gordon Bachinsky, President, Advanced Rail Management Corp. 

 

Continental Breakfast & Registration: 8:00am-9:00am

Conference 9:00am-4:00pm, a buffet lunch will be served.

We will close the conference with a cocktail reception from 4:00PM -6:00PM, where you will have the opportunity to network with the railways and Members of Parliament.

 

Registration Fees:

Early bird registration before September 1st

Members and Government Officials $350.00

Non-Members $ 450.00

 

Registration after September 1st

Members and Government Officials $450.00

Non-Members $550.00
