Tory says it’s time to 'push ahead and build’ two subway projects worth roughly $11-billion

Toronto Mayor John Tory wants to funnel billions in federal funding to the downtown relief line and push ahead with the nearly $4-billion Scarborough subway project, while acknowledging that the Ontario government’s intention to change both projects could upend any progress.
