The Office of Rail & Road issued a formal notice on March 27 confirming its intention to carry out a periodic review of all track and station access agreements relating to infrastructure manager Network Rail. PR18 will determine what Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd is expected to deliver and the funding that it is given in Control Period 6 from 2019 to 2024.
